You do not  need a reason to request an Absentee Ballot or to register for the Permanent Absentee Voter List. Registering for the Permanent Absentee Voter List guarantees that we will mail an Absentee Ballot Application to you about 75 days before each election. (You will still have to sign & return the application to us before each election so we can send you a ballot).
